1. Custom Printed Products
All our products are custom-made and printed as per customer requirements (design, size, color, logo, etc.).
Returns or exchanges are not accepted once printing has been completed.
Because each order is personalized, we cannot resell custom-printed items.
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before printing starts.
- Once the printing process has begun, cancellation is not allowed.
- To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
We take quality seriously. If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- A wrong size (sent by our mistake)
- Incorrect design (printing error from our side)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the product
- Your order number
After verification, we will offer:
- Free replacement
OR - Refund (if replacement is not possible)
4. Size Issues
We provide a detailed size chart on our website.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for size issues if the correct product was delivered as ordered.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
